Chabad of Simi Valley's Annual
PURIM SHUTTLE
An innovative program designed to:
- Help you in fulfilling the beautiful Mitzvah of "Mishloach Manot", sending food gifts to your friends on Purim
- Show your appreciation and care to family, friends, and co-workers
- Foster Jewish unity
- Help Chabad maintain its services and programs in the local community
How does it work?
We maintain a recipients list, of community members or Jewish families in the area, who will each be receiving a Purim gift basket from Chabad.
Each community member will also get a personal user ID and password. Using this log-in information, they will be able to view the entire recipients list. They would then select their own, personal list to whom they'd like to send Purim gift baskets, with the option of attaching a personal greeting as well.
When preparing the Purim gifts, Chabad will attach a note on each recipient's gift basket with the names, and personal greetings, of those who sponsored their basket. Recipients with 4 or more sponsors will get upgraded to a larger basket.
If you, or someone you know, is not on the recipients list, please write to us today so that they can be included. If you've already received your log-in information, or you have it saved from last year, you can get started by logging in below.
The holiday of Purim, the 14th of Adar, corresponds this year to Friday, March 14, 2025 (and begins the evening before on Thursday evening, March 13).
The deadline for being included in the Purim Project is Thursday, March 6.
The success of the Purim Shuttle is primarily thanks to the generous contribution and support of the community!
Special thanks to the dedicated volunteers of Chabad's Women's Circle who will help with the assembling and distribution of the Purim packages on Sunday, March 9.
If you wish to volunteer, please contact [email protected]
Distribution of the packages will start on Tuesday, March 11.

The goal of the PURIM SHUTTLE is to bring the joy of Purim and Jewish pride to as many Jewish households in our neighborhood as possible! Through your participation and support, we can do it! THANK YOU~
